Salary: £38,625 basic per annum, OTE £50,000 with overtime (1.5x) and a guaranteed overtime option to increase base salary to £44,385

40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays

We have exciting new opportunities for Mobile Vehicle Technicians / Roadside Technicians. We are recruiting across Aylesbury so we will tailor the area to you based on your location. This Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician role is with one of the UK's leading vehicle breakdown companies that provides a first-class service to thousands of customers. • Earnings That Motivate: market-competitive base salary of £38,625, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 through bonuses and premium-rate overtime. A full-time 40-hour week, with Monday-Saturday availability (8am-8pm) offers flexibility and stability.

• Attend breakdowns to diagnose issues and determine whether to repair on-site or return the vehicle to the workshop.
• Identify problems and communicate the vehicle's issues to the customer.
• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical work and diagnostics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business.

• Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred;
  Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair considered. Open to equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds, IMI or NVQ.
• Must be able to show your qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.
• Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
