Are you a Service Engineer with a mechanical or electrical background looking to kickstart your career in management within a stable and secure company? The role offers a pathway to senior management.

In this role you start as a Junior Service Manager working alongside an experienced Service Manager, learning hands‑on management of a team of 15–20 engineers while gaining valuable skills through internal and external training courses.

Within 2–3 years, you will step into the Service Manager position, overseeing the service of pump stations and wastewater treatment plants, preparing quotes and ensuring efficiency and safety.

This company has been established for over 70 years and is a leader in the wastewater industry, supplying domestic and facility pumps, anaerobic reactors, and maintaining wastewater and sewage plants.

• Progress to manage a team of 12–15 engineers.
• Ensure servicing of plants and pump stations is efficient and safe.
• Prepare work quotes for customers.
• Work hours:
  
  9 am – 5 pm Monday‑Friday, 35 hours per week.

• Service Engineer with a mechanical or electrical background.
• Motivated by direct progression to Service Manager.
