Location: Aylesbury (Bedgrove)

Job Type: Full time, 39 hours per week – early and late shifts, including alternate weekends

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £12.71 – £13 per hour

Join our client’s friendly team in the lovely location of Bedgrove, Aylesbury, and make a real difference every day. You will be supporting three ladies aged between 58 and 71 who live in a supported‑living home. All three have learning disabilities and need help with personal care and wheelchair assistance. Your role will include supporting them with activities they love, from trips out, bingo, and theatre visits to walks, movies, and garden centre outings.

No two days are ever the same! You will be creating special moments and building genuine connections while helping people live happy, safe, and independent lives.

• Early shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Late shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Alternate weekends included
