Are you a recent or soon‑to‑be Psychology or Criminology graduate with ambitions to become an Educational Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Support Worker?

We are currently working with a forward‑thinking primary school in Aylesbury that is seeking passionate and motivated graduates to join their team as Mental Health Assistants from October 2025.

• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Behavioural challenges

As a Psychology Graduate Mental Health Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to help students achieve both academically and emotionally.

• A degree (or expected degree) in Psychology or Criminology
• A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
• A commitment to working full‑time for at least 12 months – consistency is key beschlossen for these students
• Any prior experience working with children (formally or informally) is beneficial, but not essential
• Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a proactive mindset

• Ideal stepping‑stone for aspiring Psychologists and Therapists
• Gain invaluable experience working in an SEN/SEMH setting
• Full‑time and Part‑time roles from after February half term
