Consultant ENT - Benign Head and Neck

The ENT Department at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for an ENT Consultant to join our expanding team. The role spans our three hospital sites:
Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Wycombe Hospital, and Amersham Hospital. There will be on‑call commitments in Oxford University Hospitals Foundation Trust, with the opportunity to develop additional clinical activities there.

We are particularly looking for someone able to apply themselves to benign head & neck ENT and to possess a wide range of skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in benign head and neck surgery, laryngology, and a particular interest in complex swallowing problems.

• Maintenance of the highest clinical standards in the management of ENT.
• Actively participate in both departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance and Education.
• Work within a team to address ENT problems within the inpatient population of BH.
• Ensure active participation in continuing professional development (CPD).
• Participate in the on‑call emergency rota at OUHFT as a 1 in 14 on‑call service alongside Specialty Registrar, Core Trainee, or Foundation Doctor, covering referrals from Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and tertiary referrals from surrounding hospitals such as Milton Keynes University Hospital.
