Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 17:00-22:00

• Ensure cleaning equipment and chemicals are maintained in clean, safe working order and meet all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Build procedural knowledge of designated cleaning areas, including timing of tasks and safe handling of cleaning agents.
• Undergo required training and work effectively as part of a team while independently initiating tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service, building positive relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to improve cleaning outcomes.

• Basic English communication and reading skills.
• Flexible and self‑driven with a professional attitude.
• Reliability and strong work ethic; previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to comply with health and safety requirements.
