Site Agent

We are seeking a Site Agent to assist with a client here in Aylesbury, this is an ongoing temporary position, client hopes this to be upto 3 months of work with potential extension. As a Site Agent, main areas of responsibility will be:
Cleaning, Maintenance and General site assistance. Duties, Responsibilities and Objectives:

• Cleaning Duties
• Maintenance Duties
• Other Duties
• Scrubbing, Buffing, Burnishing, Carpet Shampoo, machines
• Manual Handling
• Supervision of staff

• Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
• GCSE English and Maths Grade C
• Recent experience in the cleaning industry
• Have good knowledge of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge and understanding of the safe use of chemicals.
• An awareness of health and Safety requirements
• Good Level of English
• BICS Certificate or equivalent First aid trained

37 Hours per week / £12.21 per hour
