Based in High Wycombe, you’ll join a busy, well-organised workshop where training, safety, and attention to detail are genuinely valued.

Working closely with experienced engineers and assemblers, you’ll gain practical skills that form the foundation of a long-term technical career.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Assembling control panels using general arrangement and circuit diagrams.

* Mechanical fitting of electrical components to chassis plates and enclosures.

* Basic cable preparation and internal panel wiring.

* Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials.

* Stock control, storage, and maintaining a clean, safe workshop environment.

* Handling goods in and out, including documentation and supplier coordination.

* A practical, hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn.

* Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

* Basic understanding or interest in electrical or mechanical systems (training provided).

* Reliable, organised, and able to work well as part of a team.

* Comfortable in a workshop/warehouse environment.
