Are you reliable, organised, and ready for a hands‑on role? My client in Aylesbury is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operative to join their small, supportive team and help ensure the warehouse operates efficiently.

Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in our operations, including:

Goods Inwards:
Receiving and inspecting deliveries, checking for accuracy and damage, and storing items correctly.
Goods Outwards:
Picking and packing customer orders with precision, ensuring they meet deadlines and specifications.
Stock Control:
Conducting regular stock takes and managing quarantine stock materials, addressing any discrepancies.
Manual Handling:
Re-palletising containers (up to 25kg) and moving stock as needed.
Equipment Operation:
Using warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet trucks safely and efficiently. Training will be provided.
Safety Compliance:
Following health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Keeping the workspace clean and organised to optimise efficiency.

Skills:

Experience in a warehouse environment with racking system is beneficial but not essential
Strong attention to detail
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Team player, with the ability to work independently
Forklift truck driving (training will be provided)
