Our Graduate GIS Consultant Programme offers an exceptional opportunity to gain experience across key areas of our business over 18–24 months. You’ll rotate through several departments—such as Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Product Communications, Sales, Marketing, Localisation, Not-for-Profit, Education, and Professional Services—working on real projects that make an impact. From day one, you’ll be on a permanent contract, and upon completing the programme, we’ll work with you to find your next role within Esri UK.

• Predicted or achieved at least a 2:1 in a relevant degree (e.g., GIS, Geography, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with customers and colleagues
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a curiosity to explore new ideas and better ways of working
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Aylesbury ( with at least three days per week in the office)
• Eligibility to work full-time in the UK until at least September 2028 and eligible to pass a basic security clearance
