Head of Commercial Finance

• Lead finance team for a diverse set of business units within a veterans' charity
• Drive transformation to insight-led financial decision-making.

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop pricing models, evaluate business cases, and create scenario modelling.
• Provide strategic financial insight and support and challenge to Directors.
• Oversee management accounts, develop dashboards, and ERP optimisation.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of Finance Business Partners

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven leadership experience and strong technical expertise.
• Skilled in financial modelling, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to influence at all levels.

• Salary: £80,000-£85,000 + benefits.
• A strategic leadership role within a respected charity making a tangible difference to veterans' lives.
• Hybrid working (four days office-based in Aylesford, one day WFH).
