Our client is a well‑established organisation within the Manufacturing sector, with a strong presence in the UK market and a reputation for quality and high operational standards.

Supports monthly, quarterly and year‑end finance processes, coupled with management reporting required both internally and externally at all levels of the business.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs
• Business partnering with cost centre managers to oversee budgets, cost, P&L to drive performance
• Annual budget preparation
• Monthly forecast process, daily reporting & target tracking
• Manage cash flow forecasting and reporting
• Produce headcount and payroll reports
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit completion
• Control expenditure versus budget/forecast
• Assist in the completion of annual stocktakes
• Complete analysis, journal preparation and entry of monthly reports
• Support the annual standard costing process

• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively (formal qualification such as CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient IT skills – MS Excel
