Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive
Stackers is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for a social-first marketer with a strong strategic mindset, excellent creative instincts, and a proven ability to manage, analyse, and grow brand-led social media channels.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Content Creator, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising all social media activity while supporting wider marketing initiatives across the business.

- Implement and execute the social media strategy in line with overall marketing objectives
- Develop creative ideas and contribute to content planning and campaign execution
- Manage scheduling and posting across all social channels
- Assist with the creation of social content, including video, imagery, and copy
- Manage community engagement, including responding to comments and direct messages
- Analyse social media performance and produce regular reports with actionable insights
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team on additional initiatives, including influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and events planning and execution
- Support broader marketing activity where responsibilities may overlap across the team
- 3–5+ years’ experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Strong experience across Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube
- Confident in analysing performance metrics and reporting on results
- Experienced in planning and executing content calendars and campaigns
- Creative, organised, and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of social media trends
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an in-house team
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
- Understanding of Canva, Later, Capcut and other tools.
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
- Weekend commitment: approximately 30 minutes on Saturday and Sunday for posting non-scheduled content and urgent community management
