Role Overview We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Construction Operatives / Labourers for general site worK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing construction team, assisting in a wide range of building, groundworks, and site preparation duties. No formal qualifications are required, but previous site experience is highly desirable. Successful candidates will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions on a fast-paced job site.

Key Responsibilities Assisting tradesmen and skilled workers with manual labour Site preparation, clearance, and clean-up Loading and unloading materials and tools Operating basic hand tools and small plant (if qualified) Following all site safety procedures and reporting hazards Ensuring work areas are tidy and materials are organised Kerbing, flagging, Fencing, Concrete
