Glebe House Care Home is a privately owned residence nestled in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of East Ayrshire. We provide personalised Nursing and Residential care for up to 46 residents, offering a warm, supportive environment where comfort, dignity, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. With a strong rating of 9.9 and Care Inspectorate grades of 5, 4, 5, 4, and 4, we are proud to deliver consistently high standards of compassionate, person‑centred care.

• £12.70 per hour
• Contracted or flexible hours – up to 44 hours per week
• Paid PVG, uniform and onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full‑time contract)
• Full training provided – no prior experience needed
• Four‑week shadowing and induction with a dedicated buddy
• Daily support from team leaders and clinical staff
• Opportunities to gain qualifications and grow your career

You’ll work alongside experienced carers, learning how to support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes and companionship. You’ll build confidence through shadowing, regular catch‑ups, and ongoing guidance. It’s not just about tasks – it’s about building relationships, bringing comfort, and being there for someone when it matters most.
