Customer Assistant Summary

£13.00 to £13.95 per hour | 20 hour contract | Various shifts | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

Every day is different – from restocking shelves to operating tills, you’ll keep the store running smoothly. You’ll take pride in going the extra mile, keeping the store clean, tidy and organised, working closely with your retail colleagues to provide the best customer service.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive hourly pay rate with additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights. A generous benefits package supports your well‑being and life outside Lidl.

• Help customers with their questions, queries and requests.
