Sales Executive

Sales Executive at Lookers Motor Group Limited (Lookers Ayr Audi) - Ayr, Scotland.

£55,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission).

Working hours are 44 hours a week.

The role involves working alongside a passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service, building rapport with colleagues and customers, and undertaking key responsibilities as a point of contact for automotive sales.

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person.
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives.
• Negotiating the final price for the sale.
• Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, ambitious, and passionate about what they do. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required.
