Stagecoach is seeking experienced drivers with a full PCV licence and valid CPC qualification to join our Ayr depot. We offer a signing-on bonus and a clear progression path, with a supportive team and ongoing training. The role involves driving a 70-bus fleet across East, North, and South Ayrshire as well as Glasgow, and delivering dependable, safe, and friendly service to customers.

Salary: £546.00 weekly or £28,392.00 annually (pro rata for part-time hours). Pay rate £14.00 per hour, rising to £14.50 in February 2026. Overtime opportunities available. Signing-on bonus: £2,500 (subject to terms and conditions).
