For our global SAP S/4
HANA transformation, we are looking for a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist (m/f/d) who contributes to pre‑project activities and operational process development in the area of Planning & Fulfillment. In this role, you will work on the foundation of future planning processes, with a strong focus on planning‑relevant master data, capacity planning, and the continuous improvement of operational P&F processes. You will support process owners and project leads by providing structured analyses, clear documentation, and well‑prepared inputs for the SAP S/4
HANA programme. The position is well suited for a professional who already has hands‑on experience in planning or supply chain operations and wants to further develop their expertise in a global transformation environment. You will be based at our global headquarters in Baden, Switzerland, and report to the Head of Value Chain Planning & Fulfillment.
- Contribute to SAP S/4
HANA pre‑projects: actively contribute to preparatory activities such as process analysis, requirement clarification, data assessments and concept preparation in the context of Planning & Fulfillment. - Work on planning‑relevant master data: analyse, improve and help govern master data used for planning and capacity management (e.g. materials, BOMs, routings, capacities) together with business and system stakeholders.
- Drive the development of P&F processes: collaborate with process owners to document, analyse and further develop operational planning and fulfillment processes.
- Contribute to capacity planning topics: support analyses and concept work related to capacity planning, planning horizons and bottleneck transparency.
- Ensure transparency and documentation: create and maintain process documentation, guidelines, training materials and SharePoint content to enable standardisation, scalability and knowledge transfer.
- Act as a cross‑functional interface: collaborate closely with Planning, Operations, Procurement and IT, ensuring alignment between divisional business requirements and system‑related solutions.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience in planning, supply chain, operations or process improvement within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Solid hands‑on experience with SAP‑based processes (SAP ECC and/or S/4
HANA required), ideally in planning‑related contexts. - Good understanding of planning processes and the role of master data as a key enabler for operational and tactical steering.
- First hands‑on experience in project work or sub‑projects (e.g. process harmonisation, system roll‑outs, transformation initiatives).
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and take shared responsibility for results and deliverables.
- Highly structured and analytical working style, able to break down complex topics into clear and actionable work packages.
- Strong sense for process quality, collaboration and end‑to‑end thinking across functions.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Attractive compensation & benefits.
- Employee Assistance Programme.
- Global parental leave programme.
- Flexible working models.
