What you will do- Analyse, interpret and communicate complex meteorological data to deliver accurate, actionable forecasts for our energy trading desks.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align insights with strategic business goals.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful way, making complex data accessible.
- Monitor academic and technological developments in the meteorological field and integrate cutting‑edge approaches into your workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety and data‑integrity standards across all processes.
- A Master’s degree or higher in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in working with weather‑prediction models, data‑analysis tools and deterministic/probabilistic forecast‑error metrics.
- At least 3 years of experience in energy‑related meteorology or climate research.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate technical insights into clear, actionable strategies for non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- A detail‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- A curious, collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute to innovation.
