Working independently, the PM will execute fit‑out projects for hospitality and entertainment. The PM is responsible for overall planning, coordination, and management of multiple projects, leading multi‑disciplinary teams including subcontractors to meet client requirements and complete projects safely, with quality, within budget and on time.

• Review project details, prepare a plan, and brief the team (Project Kick Off)
• Reviewing and managing the Project Delivery Schedule
• Review plan and manage shop drawings, material submittal process, and guide setting‑out for joinery detailing
• Plan and manage flow of information from sites/clients to setting‑out, including material submittal approvals, site surveys, installation planning & coordination
• Lead coordination with internal functions (production department and other areas) to ensure smooth flow of jobs, delivery and completion
• Check materials and obtain clearance for variations
• Review specifications and obtain clearance for discrepancies between specs and estimates
• Oversee advance planning and identification of project material requirements
• Oversee timely issuance of material requisitions so all materials arrive before production starts
• Identify RFIs and manage the process of getting information to the setting‑out team
• Oversee sourcing of hardware accessories and optimize where possible
• Oversee timely project drawings approval process
• Provide guidance and oversee issuance to factory of cutting lists, loading lines
• Coordinate with site team and setting‑out for timely site surveys or arrange alternatives if surveys not possible (e.g., over‑sizing and agreed setting‑out plan on fast‑track projects)
• Interpret and manage contractual requirements and obligations effectively
• Oversee follow‑up and follow‑through of project‑related procurement
• Communicate with client or reps and manage their quality and delivery expectations satisfactorily
• Steer compliance with reporting requirements
• Forward‑plan schedules and forecasts for cutting list issuance to manufacturing
• Contribute to and participate in process improvement initiatives that lead to measurable improvements over time
• Scrutinize and guide setting‑out team on joinery shop drawings to ensure efficient manufacturing, installation and client satisfaction

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a joinery manufacturing company managing hospitality and entertainment projects
• Experience and understanding of joinery fabrication process from site survey to setting‑out team shop drawings, cutting lists, material take‑offs and ordering
• Sound knowledge of fabrication procedures and joinery materials: timber, boards, veneers, laminates, hardware, fabrics, glass, stone lighting
• Strong technical approach and execution ability, solving technical problems and interface details between materials such as wood, glass, fabrics, metals, laminates
• Good understanding of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in multinational environment across geographic locations
• High responsibility, ownership of matters, good planning & multitasking, effective communication, flexible decision‑making in a large setup
• Capability to oversee standard detailing practices, motivate setting‑out and site teams, guide daily workflow according to priorities, handover dates, and site status
• Team player
