Commercial Account Executive

As a Commercial Account Executive you will retain and grow a loyal client portfolio while driving new business across the region.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of loyal commercial clients.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Delivering tailored insurance solutions and expert risk management advice.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated Account Handling team to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance, ideally with a focus on new business development.
  • A relationship-builder with a consultative approach and commercial acumen.
  • Someone who brings energy, ambition, and a client‑first mindset.
  • A professional with an existing client base (desirable but not essential).
  • Confident communicator across face‑to‑face, phone, and digital channels.
  • Familiarity with Acturis or a willingness to learn.
