Flexport is seeking a Global Operations Associate to join our North American team. You will own end-to-end movement of shipments within a regional network, coordinating with steamship lines, air carriers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and a high-quality client experience.
In this role, you will monitor KPIs and SLAs, follow SOPs, and escalate issues when needed. You’ll work with partners and internal teams to drive process improvements and support growth in a fast-paced environment.
