Job Purpose
:
The project manager oversees and guarantees the success of all technical projects, product deployments, and solutions at MTS Indonesia. Additionally, this role manages the hardware services team's operations and coordinates HSE across people, facilities, processes, and related activities.

Travel Requirements
:

• Leading, mentoring, and managing the Project Deployment team to optimize skills that meet current and future business demands while prioritising career growth.
• Promoting safety as our top priority by reinforcing awareness and embodying Komatsu’s SLQDC approach.
• Planning and managing projects or deployments through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation.
• Coordinating and negotiating with internal MTS teams (regional/global) and external partners (customers, suppliers, and third parties) to ensure successful project deployment.
• Collaborating across departments to define and achieve project success criteria, including safety, quality, deliverables, schedule, and cost targets.
• Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships and business by delivering technical support, sharing product expertise, and facilitating problem-solving while maximizing MTS solutions.
• Partnering with other Komatsu entities and MTS global resources to meet corporate and MTS Indonesia objectives.
• Working closely with Global EHS Managers and regional leaders to implement corporate initiatives and programs.
• Adhering to and supporting corporate project processes and reporting requirements.
• Fostering proactive collaboration and communication across Modular functions to support the achievement of the Business Plan, goals, and objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative, Modular, and customer site policies, rules, and requirements.
• Providing leadership and coordination with the HSE Team and all MTS Indonesia employees regarding Komatsu’s HSE Policy, procedures, and Cardinal Safety Rules.
• Delivering safety reports, analyses, and solutions on system status and internal compliance to relevant stakeholders.
• Assisting with incident investigations, site compliance inspections, and training within Komatsu as needed.

• Bachelor's degree - preferably in engineering or business or related discipline.
• Significant experience as a project manager with experience leading mid-sized and low to medium-level complexity technology projects.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, with hands on experience in operations, engineering or maintenance.
• Extensive background in applying mining technology in operational roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.
• An effective communicator and compelling leader who is respectful with the ability influence and guide decisions through data, collaboration, and leadership.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification.
• WHS qualifications desirable.
