HSE Coordinator; Drilling Project - Onshore

• Develop and ensure the implementation of the HSE Management System in compliance with the international standards (ISO 14001 / 45001, others)
• Ensure that all sites’ activities carried out by Saipem are conducted in strict accordance with Saipem HSE Standards
• Ensure the implementation and compliance with the HSE plans and procedures
• Establish an HSE monitoring and audit program
• Promote environmental and safety awareness among the workforce and hold regular site meetings with supervisors, workers, and sub-contractors
• Provide HSE support and advice to the project/site management
• Interface with Clients and Authorities
• Ensure protection of environmentally sensitive areas
• Establish an environmental monitoring and audit program applicable to all phases of the operations
• Develop an Occupational Safety Risk Assessment
• Take part in accident/incident investigation
• Ensure Project HSE training and Induction programs implementation at the site level
• Promote the periodical site HSE Review

• Bachelor's degree in HSE or any discipline from a reputable and accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the oil & gas industry, preferably with a Drilling project background
  .
• National or international HSE certifications are mandatory.
• Based in Balikpapan is preferable.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written, is required.
• Proven capability in implementing HSE programs, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated competency in risk management, incident investigation, and HSE performance reporting.

• An extendable contract-based employment with regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)
