Operations Analyst

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to analyze customer behaviour, identify trends, and act as a system administrator. The role requires sharp attention to detail, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct analysis of customer behaviour and identify trends that enhance the system.
• Configure the platform as a system administrator as required.
• Process and manage data accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to report any issues or unusual activity.
• Ensure timely and efficient task completion.

• Technologically literate and comfortable with digital tools.
