Job Overview
You will work in our store to help customers, keep the store neat, and support daily store operations. Your main goal is to give good service and help the store reach sales targets.
Main Responsibilities- Welcome customers and give friendly service
- Help customers find sizes, styles, and products
- Explain product features (shoes, apparel, accessories)
- Keep store clean and organized
- Refill products and check stock
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Follow store rules and SOP
- Support daily and monthly sales targets (KPI)
- Minimum high school graduate
- Must have experience working in retail fashion
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
Able to work in a team - Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
