FM Technical Supervisor

We are working with a leading facilities management provider delivering hard FM services across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and residential sectors. Due to growth, they are seeking an experienced FM Technical Supervisor to oversee service delivery across multiple client sites. You will provide technical leadership and hands-on support to engineers and subcontractors, ensuring maintenance is delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and support FM engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites. Carry out mechanical and/or electrical maintenance as required. Ensure PPM and reactive works meet SLAs and statutory requirements. Diagnose and resolve complex building services faults (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and compliance audits. Serve as a technical contact for clients and assist with minor works and lifecycle activities.

Maintain accurate records via CAFM systems. Candidate Requirements Qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent). Proven FM or building services experience with hands-on fault-finding skills. Experience supervising engineers or contractors. Health & safety focused and proactive. Full UK Driving Licence. 18th Edition (electrical bias) and/or F-Gas (HVAC bias) desirable.
