We are currently recruiting Children’s Residential Support Workers in the Ballymena area to support children with disabilities and complex behavioural needs within a residential setting.

These roles are available for immediate start
, with full‑time hours (37.5 per week) preferred, though part‑time applications will also be considered.

Shift patterns operate on a 7‑day rota and include:

• Early shifts
• Late shifts
• Waking night shifts

Pay rates range from £13.57 – £21.71 per hour, depending on the shift worked, with an additional £75.00 sleepover rate.

• Previous experience supporting children or adults with learning disabilities and/or behaviours that challenge
• NISCC registration, or willingness to apply
• A full UK driving licence, including business insurance
• CPI (Safety Intervention) training

If you do not currently hold CPI/Safety Intervention training, First Choice can provide a 2‑day training course. Candidates who are already trained will be required to provide evidence prior to commencing work.
