Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Join CONVERGIX Automation Solutions as a Project Manager, leading cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑value automation projects on time and within budget. You will act as the primary point of for customers, ensuring exceptional service and business results.

Project Managers (PMs) serve as the “CEO” of their projects, managing cost, schedule and scope from inception to closeout, while mentoring project teams and driving customer satisfaction.

• Lead, plan and deliver projects, maintaining a budget‑driven, “beat the budget” mindset.
• Maintain project documentation: budget, labour forecasts, risk register, schedule, issue log, change/eCO tracker, lessons learned, and acceptance testing.
• Manage detailed schedules with critical‑path visibility using MS Project or equivalent.
• Provide strong project leadership, liaising directly with customers to understand commercial and technical needs.
• Identify and mitigate risk, maintain and report on key metrics to senior management and customers.
• Control scope, schedule, budget and change requests through Convergix's change‑management process.
• Conduct project close‑out meetings to capture lessons learned and areas for improvement.

• Strong project‑management experience in a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated delivery of multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with project‑management aptitude.
• Working knowledge of project‑management planning methods and tools.
• Commercial awareness and experience with contractual and project‑management processes.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and analytical abilities.
• Customer‑focused relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in the automation industry preferred.
• PMP (or equivalent) certification highly desirable.

• Experience with in the automation industry.
• PMP certification or other recognised project‑management credentials.
