We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Supervisor to lead our on‑street operations team in Lambeth. As a key figure in our service delivery, you’ll ensure things run smoothly on the ground, support your team to perform at their best, and help drive operational improvements that make a lasting impact.

• Leading and motivating your team on the ground
• Setting goals, tracking performance, and providing real‑time feedback
• Delivering coaching, training, and support to build a high‑performing team
• Ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
• Acting as the link between on‑street operations and senior management

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hands‑on supervisory or team leader role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• Confidence managing people and improving performance
• Good commercial awareness and client‑facing experience
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools

• £36,762.61 annual salary
• 42.5 hours per week – Full‑time, permanent role
