You will lead all technical functions on site, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, driving quality improvements, and managing audits and customer relationships. You will be responsible for leading a team across quality assurance and technical operations, working closely with production and new product development teams to maintain high standards and achieve our strategic goals.

• Solid background in food manufacturing, ideally within fresh produce or chilled products.
• Proven technical leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, and customer audit requirements.
• Confident communicator, capable of influencing at all levels and driving a culture of quality and compliance.
