Job Description
MPA Recruitment is inviting applications for an experienced and reliable Band 3 Cook to join the catering team at Braidvalley Hospital.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high quality meals in a healthcare environment and can work confidently within established food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, cook and present a range of meals to a consistently high standard
- Follow national nutritional guidelines and Trust food hygiene procedures
- Support the delivery of meals to patients, staff and visitors, including service within a café setting
- Maintain a clean, safe and well organised working environment
- Work effectively as part of the catering team to meet service targets and mealtime schedules
- City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation or equivalent
- HACCP training included within advanced food hygiene controls
- Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate
- Monday to Friday
- 30 hours per week
- £12.31 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Holiday fund included
