Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

Curtis Toyota Ballymena is a family-run Toyota dealership with over 40 years’ experience serving customers across Northern Ireland. We pride ourselves on being approachable, honest, and supportive, with a strong focus on long-term relationships and staff development.

We are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Trainee to join our Ballymena team. This is an entry-level role designed to give hands‑on experience across both sales and marketing, with clear progression opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a successful car dealership operates and build a long‑term career. You will be trained and supported by experienced team members and gain exposure to both customer‑facing sales activity and behind‑the‑scenes marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Observing and supporting the sales team in day-to-day showroom activity
• Learning how customer enquiries, appointments, test drives, and handovers are managed
• Assisting with preparing vehicles for sale, including presentation and forecourt standards
• Helping with vehicle photography and short videos using dealership software and tools
• Supporting online listings and basic marketing activity
• Gaining an understanding of CRM systems, compliance, and customer follow-up
• Developing product knowledge across Toyota and used vehicles

Over time, this role can progress into either a Sales Executive position or a Marketing-focused role
, depending on strengths and interests.

• Full UK driving licence

No previous motor trade, sales, or marketing experience is required as full training will be provided.
