We’re looking for an Onboarding Consultant to deliver seamless, engaging onboarding experiences for Plot Box clients.

In this role, you’ll manage the entire onboarding journey—from understanding client workflows and configuring systems to delivering workshops and user training. You’ll ensure every client feels confident, supported, and set up for success on the Plot Box platform.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure each implementation runs smoothly, efficiently, and with impact.

• Lead the onboarding process for multiple clients, ensuring timely delivery against project milestones and objectives.
• Design and deliver onboarding workshops to understand client workflows and map business processes to Plot Box solutions.
• Configure the Plot Box system according to client requirements and design specifications.
• Deliver client training (both virtual and onsite) tailored to different user roles and learning styles.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure accurate configuration and quality outcomes prior to go-live.
• Coordinate with project managers and internal stakeholders to align onboarding with the broader delivery plan.
• Support the development of onboarding templates, training materials, and knowledge base content.
• Proactively identify process or system enhancements to improve onboarding efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary onboarding contact during implementation.
• Provide post-go-live support and contribute to a smooth handover to the Customer Success team

• 2–4 years’ experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or training roles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud technologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple client-facing projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience configuring and testing software platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.

• Experience with process documentation, UAT, or workflow mapping.
• Experience delivering virtual and in-person training.
• Familiarity with CRM, project management, change management or SaaS onboarding tools.
• Technical aptitude for API integrations and managing complex software configurations
