Solicitor – Family/Matrimonial
Due to the continued expansion of our Family and Matrimonial department, Sara Edge Solicitors are seeking to recruit a capable and confident Solicitor with approximately 5 years PQE, although varying levels of experience will be considered. The role requires the ideal candidate to work independently as part of a supportive and friendly team primarily within our Ballymena office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Experience in all areas of family law, including proceedings in the Family Court (FPC), District Probate Court (DPC), Family Care Centre and High Court arenas.
- Drafting proceedings, instructing experts and applying for legal aid.
- Advocacy experience in family law matters.
- Membership of the Children Order and NIGALA panels is advantageous; some criminal law experience would be desirable.
Salary commensurate with experience and hybrid working is permitted.
