IT Technician - Manufacturing

Full-Time | Permanent | £28,000 - £35,000

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business, is seeking a hands‑on IT Technician to support both factory and office IT systems. This is a varied and rewarding role covering everything from user support and hardware maintenance to systems admin and cybersecurity.

• Provide support for PCs, printers, scanners, and network equipment across production and office environments
• Maintain user accounts, manage hardware, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Support systems including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Active Directory
• Contribute to IT projects, automation support, and cybersecurity compliance

• Experience in an IT Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting
• ERP experience (Business Central desirable)
• Previous exposure to manufacturing environments is a plus

• £28,000 - £35,000
• 29 days holiday (incl. stats) + holiday purchase scheme
