Home Chef is seeking a QC Tech Lead to join our Baltimore facility on a day shift (6:15 AM–5:30 PM). You will perform start-of-shift activities, ensure correct portioning and labeling, and provide coaching to QC Techs to uphold food safety standards.
Responsibilities include temperature checks, on-line ingredient inspections, and documenting verifications. Fluency in Spanish/English is preferred; 2+ years in food quality required.
