Team

Overview

The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on‑site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem‑solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Overview

The BMS Commissioning Lead will be responsible for overseeing the installation of all BMS/Controls containment, cabling, termination and commissioning of Building Management Systems within our assembly facilities. You will work alongside the Project Manager to supervise the full BMS lifecycle from installation through to post‑handover performance, ensuring systems are efficient, fully integrated, and aligned with client and project objectives.

In addition, you will play a key role in maintaining quality standards across all BMS activities — ensuring works are delivered in line with company quality procedures, project specifications, and industry best practice. You will also be responsible for any non‑conformances, and working closely with the Quality Manager to ensure corrective actions are documented, tracked, and closed out in a timely manner.
