Part‑time (3‑4 full days per week)

We’re recruiting for an Office Manager on behalf of a welcoming, multi‑disciplinary clinic based in Banbury. This maternity cover role includes a full handover and ongoing support.

• Overseeing day‑to‑day clinic operations
• Acting as the main point of contact for patients and staff
• Managing administration, internal systems, and compliance (H&S, COSHH, fire safety)
• Supporting HR tasks, reception standards, and team communication
• Coordinating meetings, events, and supporting in‑clinic marketing

• Experience in a management or supervisory role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident with digital systems and spreadsheets
• Friendly, professional, and self‑motivated
• Clinical/healthcare background desirable but not essential

• £15-£17 per hour (DOE)
