Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester – Basic Salary £40,000 – OTE £45,000 (uncapped) – Paid Overtime (Time and a Half) – Mon‑Fri only
Our client, a busy franchised car dealership in Banbury, has a requirement for an experienced Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join their established workshop team.
Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester Responsibilities- Carry out servicing & repairs to manufacturer standards
- Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards
- Cambelt, clutch, gearbox & engine repairs/replacements
- Electrical & mechanical diagnostics
- Carry out new car PDI’s & used car MPC’s
- Warranty repairs
Skills & Qualifications Essential Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Active MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 &
7) - Full UK Driving Licence
- Hybrid/EV Qualifications
- Manufacturer Accreditations
- Basic Salary £40,000
- On Target Earnings £45,000
- Paid Overtime
- Mon - Fri 8:00-17:30, No Saturdays
