Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced, independent GP to deliver primary care across our sites. The role includes routine appointments, home visits, ward rounds, registrars supervision, allied‑health coordination, managing a patient list and achieving QOF targets.
Main Duties- Conduct 12 routine 15‑minute appointments per session.
- Provide occasional home visits (≤1/week).
- Attend care‑home and private‑school ward rounds.
- Supervise GP registrars (F2) and assist allied health professionals.
- Manage own patient list and support QOF target attainment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team – nursing, pharmacy, AHPs, physiotherapy, mental health professionals.
- Participate in in‑house educational programme and weekly GP meetings.
- Experience (Essential): GP vocational training or equivalent general practice experience.
- Qualifications (Essential): Recognised medical degree (MBChB, MBBS or equivalent);
General Practitioner (CCT);
Full GMC registration;
National Performers List registration. - Qualifications (Desirable): MRCGP.
- Motivated, independent, able to work flexibly across sites including occasional weekend hours.
- Commitment to high‑quality care for a varied and deprived population.
