Contact Web is recruiting Telesales Executives to join our growing commercial team in Banbury. This is a fast‑paced, performance‑driven role where you’ll be responsible for generating new business and growing existing customer relationships through outbound sales activity. You’ll be joining a business that’s scaling quickly, investing in its people, and delivering meaningful commercial results for its clients.

A little bit about the role

This is a phone‑based B2B telesales position, working with both new and existing customers to drive revenue growth. You will operate in a targeted environment with clear performance goals, high energy, and strong team support.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively contacting new and existing business customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Building strong rapport and understanding customer needs
  • Promoting services and converting opportunities into sales
  • Managing your pipeline through our CRM systems
  • Working to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on activity and performance
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes

You’ll be supported by experienced leaders, high‑quality data, structured training, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed and progress.
