We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Combo Chief Engineer to join our team at Harris Festival Citylink Bandung & POP! Festival Bandung. The role will play a key part in our continued growth.

• Lead the entire Engineering team and manage all hotel maintenance operations.
• Ensure all hotel systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Safety) run safely and efficiently.
• Develop and manage the preventive maintenance program.
• Manage the department budget, energy usage, and contractor service.
• Ensure all work complies with government safety regulations (K3).

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
