Senior Electrical Engineers with 5-10+ years of experience in aerospace, military or defense projects, proven design, analysis and certification of systems for military platforms, leadership in managing projects or cross‑functional teams, and compliance with European defense standards and protocols.

• Design, analysis and certification of aircraft systems;

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional engineering teams;

• Ensure compliance with defense regulations and standards;

• Manage project schedules, budgets and resources.

• 5-10+ years of experience in aerospace or defense projects.
• Proven experience designing and certifying systems for military platforms.
• Leadership experience managing projects or cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with European defense standards and military protocols.
