Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.

Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

Educational background in computer science or engineering preferred for technical project managers.
Proven experience as a project administrator in the IT sector.
Solid technical background with understanding or experience in software development and web technologies.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
