Quality Assurance for Garment (Level: Jr - Middle | Placement: Jkt & Bandung)

Daily monitoring, managing, and supporting the team of Quality Assurance.

Supporting factories with inputs for quality results, productivity, and vendor development

Technical execution of style from the proto sample until shipment

Advising on production, effective sewing construction solutions for the product, and quality

Working in cooperation with the Production Manager and Line Leader for the right and on-time delivery of orders.

Analyzing style issues

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the same position in the Buying Agent or Garment Industry;
• Know about the development–production process;
• Having experience handling knitting and woven products is a must.
• Have experience handling technical execution, patterns, sewing construction, washing
  ;
• Have good leadership & communication skills;
• Detail-oriented and analytical thinking;
• Able to work independently & under pressure;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
