Role Summary  We are looking for a  full-time Associate – Audit & Taxation  to join our team at our Bengaluru office. The role involves handling accounting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliances for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities   Accounting and finalisation of books of accounts
Preparation of financial statements
TDS compliance, including returns and reconciliations
Handling  Statutory Audits ,  Tax Audits , and  Internal Audits
GST compliances including returns and audits
Statutory audit under the Companies Act
Tax audit and compliance under the Income-tax Act
Ensuring timely compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Keeping track of amendments and changes in tax and corporate laws

Qualifications & Skills   Commerce Graduate;  CA Inter / CMA (Inter) or equivalent preferred
3+ years of relevant experience  in audit, taxation, and compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and client-handling abilities
Working knowledge of auditing standards, GST, Income-tax, and statutory compliances
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with minimal supervision
