Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer who is responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring projects are executed as per design, specifications, and safety regulations. They coordinate with architects, contractors, and workers to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise site operations and ensure work aligns with project plans.
- Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage materials, resources, and workforce effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or any related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a site engineer in construction field.

Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools is an added advantage.
