Job Overview
The Live Operations Specialist is expected to be an expert of the game, responsible for planning, creating, releasing, and optimizing all in-game offerings, promotions, and events. The Live Ops Specialist will work directly with the product team, and their key responsibility is to boost monetization and engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities
Set up all in-game activities, promotions, offerings, and events
Analyse and report all relevant KPIs regularly
Collaborate with the product team and other relevant stakeholders to define the Live Ops strategy for offerings, promotions, and events
Manage the Live Ops roadmap and own all planning/scheduling activities, both long-term and short-term
Define the communications strategy for every Live Ops activity, conceptualize with the product/design team, work with artists/designers to create assets/content, and manage their in-game display
Improve all Live Ops actions against targets and implement best practices

Qualifications
Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Excellent analytical skills, strong proficiency with tools, and expertise using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Passion for games
Relevant experience in gaming (mobile) will be a plus
Experience in marketing, testing, or as a technical process specialist will be a plus
Basic knowledge of analytical tools or SQL (or any other query language) will be a plus
